- TIM: Mastery expands its operations in TIM BRAZIL, one of the largest cell phone companies in Brazil and Latin America .

TIM Brazil has teams of highly trained professionals outsourced from Mastery to perform on the project and production environments, sharing the administration and support responsibilities.

Those teams are divided into Operating Systems experts, which have had a strategic role in the consolidation of all park on the Santo Andre´s site, besides having worked on the implementation and customization of new environments; and also into another team, which operates in the project area, being responsible for the architecture and validation of new solutions so that the company is always supported by the best technologies and updated to the increasing demand for new customers.
