- Saint Gobain : Mastery supports part of the support and operation structures in Saint-Gobain

Saint Gobain is a multinational group, a technologic material producer which is present in 50 countries, acting all over Brazilian territory since 1937.

It entrusted Mastery part of its support structure and 24X7 operation of the production environment and works with two teams: the first made of Multiplatform Operating Systems, Data Protection and High Availability experts, dedicated to customer on the administration and 8X5 support. And the second, formed by a supervisor and operators, responsible for monitoring the production environment. This team attends not only Saint Gobain, but also the other companies of the group.

This case consolidates Mastery know-how on critical mission and miscellaneous environments and on data protection.
